• Reservation has to be done on www.chope.co before you dine at your selected restaurant.
• Off Peak vouchers have restricted day and time of use. All stated day and time refer to diners’ reservation ARRIVAL (not billing) day and time.
• Limited to a maximum of $100 worth of voucher redemptions per bill/table (eg: 2x $50). Splitting of bill/table is strictly not allowed.
• 10% off Voucher is valid for 90 days from time of purchase and good for one time use only. No extension will be entertained.
• Voucher must be purchased before attending the reservation. Voucher cannot be purchased on the spot after arriving at the restaurant. 
• Voucher is valid for dine-in orders only.
• Voucher is not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost or stolen.
• Voucher is not applicable for use during Public Holidays, Eve of Public Holiday and Special Occasions (Valentine's Day, Fathers' Day etc.).
• Voucher is not valid in conjunction with Happy Hour, other promotions, lunch/dinner sets, privileges, discount vouchers & purchase of gift cards, unless otherwise stated.
• All Vouchers will be used based on its full value. Any residual value of the vouchers are non-refundable.
• Voucher is to be presented to restaurant host before ordering.
• The management reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions as necessary.
