- Reservation has to be done on www.chope.co before you dine at your selected restaurant.
- Voucher is valid for 90 days from time of purchase. No extension will be entertained.
- Multiple All-Day vouchers can be used.
- Dining time is limited to 2hr from reservation time.
- Orders need to be made within 20 mins from reservation time.
- Voucher is valid for dine-in orders only. Strictly no take away of leftovers is allowed.
- Voucher is not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost or stolen.
- Voucher is to be presented to the restaurant host before ordering.
- Voucher is not applicable for set meals, other promotions, discounts, offers or vouchers.
- Voucher is not applicable for use during Chinese New Year blackout dates: 15 Jan - 28 Feb
- Voucher is not applicable for use during Public Holidays, Eve of Public Holiday and Special Occasions, Eve of Special Occasions (Valentine's Day, Fathers' Day, etc.)
- All Vouchers will be used based on its full value. Any residual value of the vouchers is non-refundable.
- The management reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions as necessary.
Additional Terms for diners using Off-Peak Vouchers:
- Maximum of 2 Off-Peak Vouchers can be used per reservation, per table. No splitting of table or bills allowed.
- Off Peak Vouchers is not applicable for use with all other types of Vouchers (All Day, Chope-Dollars).
