Terms of Use

  • Reservation has to be made on Chope’s app or website before you dine at your selected restaurant.
  • Voucher is valid for 30 days from the time of purchase. No extension will be entertained.
  • Multiple Vouchers can be used during each visit.
  • A top-up amount of $0.95nett/pax will be payable to the restaurant on top of the price of the Lunch Buffet voucher if utilized between the period of 24 Nov - 30 Dec 2024.
  • A top-up amount of $11.51nett/pax will be payable to the restaurant on top of the price of the Sunday Brunch (Food only Package) voucher if utilized between the period of 24 Nov - 30 Dec 2024.
  • A top-up amount of $12.47nett/pax will be payable to the restaurant on top of the price of the Dinner Buffet (MON-TUE) voucher if utilized between the period of 24 Nov - 30 Dec 2024.
  • A top-up amount of $2.88nett/pax will be payable to the restaurant on top of the price of the Dinner Buffet (WED-SUN) voucher if utilized between the period of 24 Nov - 30 Dec 2024.
  • Voucher is not applicable for other set meals, promotions, discounts, offers or vouchers.
  • Voucher is not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost or stolen.
  • Voucher is not applicable for use during Public Holidays, Eve of Public Holidays and Special Occasions (Valentine's Day, Fathers' Day etc).
  • Voucher is valid for dine-in orders only. Voucher is not valid for takeaway orders.
  • Voucher is to be presented to restaurant host before ordering. The restaurant has the right to refuse the use of vouchers if presented after the meal.
  • Voucher is only usable on the applicable days and times as indicated on the voucher.
  • All vouchers will be used based on its full value. Any residual value of the vouchers are non-refundable.
  • Buffet is available on a rotational basis.
  • For usage on selective promotional days, a top-up amount may be required at the restaurant.
  • The management reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions as necessary.
