Terms of Use

  • Strictly no refund, exchange or extension for our Sales event/campaign vouchers.
  • Reservation has to be made on Chope’s app or website before you dine at your selected restaurant.
  • Vouchers is valid until 19/5/2025. No extension will be entertained.
  • Limited to 20 vouchers per bill/table. No splitting of bills/tables is allowed.
  • Voucher is not applicable for other set meals, promotions, discounts, offers or vouchers.
  • Voucher is not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost or stolen.
  • Voucher is not applicable for use during Public Holidays, Eve of Public Holiday, Special Occasions (Valentine's Day, Fathers' Day) and Race Weekend. Black out period: 28-30 January 2025.
  • Voucher is valid for dine-in orders only. Voucher is not valid for takeaway orders.
  • Voucher is to be presented to restaurant host before ordering. The restaurant has the right to refuse the use of vouchers if presented after the meal.
  • Voucher is only usable on the applicable days and times as indicated on the voucher.
  • All vouchers will be used based on its full value. Any residual value of the vouchers are non-refundable.
  • Buffet is available on a rotational basis.
  • For usage on selective promotional days, a top-up amount may be required at the restaurant.
  • The management reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions as necessary.
