  • Reservation has to be made on Chope’s app or website before you dine at your selected restaurant.
  • Voucher is valid for 90 days from the time of purchase. No extension will be entertained.
  • Vouchers are limited to a maximum of 1 voucher redemptions per bill/table. Splitting of bill/table is strictly not allowed.
  • Voucher is not applicable for other set meals, promotions, discounts, offers or vouchers.
  • Voucher is not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost or stolen.
  • Voucher is not applicable for use during Public Holidays, Eve of Public Holidays and Special Occasions (Valentine's Day, Fathers' Day etc).
  • Voucher is valid for dine-in orders only. Vouchers will be valid for takeaway orders if/when dine-in is restricted in accordance to prevailing government measures.
  • Voucher is to be presented to restaurant host before ordering. The restaurant has the right to refuse the use of vouchers if presented after the meal.
  • Voucher is only usable on the applicable days and times as indicated on the voucher.
  • All vouchers will be used based on its full value. Any residual value of the vouchers are non-refundable.
