How do I use the discounted voucher from ChopeDeals? icon-arrow-up

Upon successful purchase of the discounted voucher, you will receive your vouchers in your email or on the Chope app. There are several ways to utilise the voucher:

1. Present the voucher on your Chope app to the restaurant host before ordering. Your voucher can be found under Profile > My Vouchers.

2. Present the voucher confirmation email on your mobile to the restaurant host before ordering OR print out the voucher containing the unique voucher code and present it to the restaurant host before ordering.

Can I purchase the vouchers as gifts? icon-arrow-up

Sure! The vouchers are transferrable, so feel free to forward the voucher to your friends/ family. 

Do the vouchers cover GST and service charge at the restaurant? icon-arrow-up

Yes, the vouchers are cash vouchers, and can be used to offset the entire bill, after GST and service charge.

I have yet to receive my vouchers. Who should I contact? icon-arrow-up

I can’t find my vouchers. Where can I view my purchased voucher? icon-arrow-up

Kindly check your junk mail, or the "Promotions" tab in your email account. If you are still unable to locate your vouchers, please email customersupport@chope.co and let us know the restaurant voucher you have purchased, and the email you used to purchase it. The voucher will be forwarded to you again.

Purchase and Redemption

I have purchased vouchers for different restaurants, but I only received one voucher code. What does that mean? icon-arrow-up

Our vouchers are smart e-vouchers that combine all your purchases into one code for your ease of reference, and you can use the same voucher code to redeem your vouchers at the different restaurants. Each restaurant is only able to see, and fulfil vouchers of their own restaurant when they key in the unique voucher code, so no worries about a wrong redemption!

I have purchased multiple vouchers at different denominations, but only received one voucher code. I do not want to use them all at once, what do I do? icon-arrow-up

Our vouchers are smart e-vouchers that combine all your purchases into one code, and you do not have to use them all at once. Simply let the restaurant know the number of vouchers you would like to use for your session, and they can process accordingly. For your next visit, present the same voucher code to redeem your remaining vouchers!

Can I use multiple vouchers in one sitting and at the same table? icon-arrow-up

Most restaurants do accept multiple vouchers to be used in one sitting, but there are restaurants with stricter redemption policies in place. Kindly check the terms of use of your preferred restaurant vouchers before purchase to be sure.

Can I use the vouchers I have redeemed with my Chope-Dollars together with the vouchers I have purchased? icon-arrow-up

Yes, both redeemed and purchased vouchers can be used together in one sitting. However, some restaurants have stricter policies in place regarding the number of Chope vouchers that can be used in one sitting – kindly check the terms of use of your preferred restaurant vouchers prior redemption and purchase to be sure.

Can I use any unused value from my vouchers for a next visit? icon-arrow-up

Each individual voucher is meant for a one-time use only. However, if you have purchased several vouchers, you may use the remaining individual vouchers for your next visit. 

For example, if you have pre-purchased two $50 vouchers ($100 in total), and your final bill at the restaurant is $89, you may choose to fully utilise both vouchers, or use one $50 voucher, and pay the remaining $39 with cash or credit card at the restaurant. The other $50 voucher can be used for your subsequent visit to the restaurant. However, If you choose to use both vouchers, you will not be refunded any unused balance.

I have purchased a voucher, but my bill at the restaurant exceed the amount that I have purchased. What can I do? icon-arrow-up

You may wish to purchase another voucher, or top up the remaining using cash or credit card. If you are purchasing another voucher, do note that some restaurants have stricter policies in place regarding the number of vouchers that can be used in one sitting – kindly check the terms of use of your preferred restaurant vouchers prior redemption and purchase to be sure.

Must I make a reservation to use the voucher? icon-arrow-up

You will need to make a reservation via Chope before dining at your selected restaurant, unless otherwise stated. Chope allows you to make online reservations 24/7 and receive instant email confirmation for your booking!

Is there an expiry date for the voucher? icon-arrow-up

The vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated. Please check the validity period of the voucher before purchase.

I have just made a purchase but forgot to key in my discount code during checkout. Will ChopeDeals be able to key it in for me? icon-arrow-up

Unfortunately, we are unable to retroactively enter the discount code once your purchase is completed. You may wish to utilise your discount code in your next purchase instead.

What is the refund policy for the vouchers? icon-arrow-up

As ChopeDeals has made special arrangements with restaurants for the discounts, the vouchers sold are non-refundable.

I tried to redeem my voucher, but it requires me to key in a vendor code. What do I do? icon-arrow-up

The voucher redemption portal page is solely for restaurant’s usage and the details need to be entered by the restaurant host. Kindly present your voucher to the restaurant host to redeem your voucher.

I have a discount code from ChopeDeals, how do I use it? icon-arrow-up

1. Select and add your preferred dining voucher from ChopeDeals to your shopping bag on the Chope app / shop.chope.co.

2. Apply the relevant discount code on the checkout page.

3. You will receive your vouchers via email and/or the Chope app upon successful purchase.

Issues with In-App Vouchers Purchase

I am unable to key in a discount code while making my in-app vouchers purchase. icon-arrow-up

If you are unable to apply your discount code or gift card code, kindly make your purchase on mobile, and/or web (if applicable), to utilise the discounts.

Off-Peak Vouchers Purchase

When can I use the off-peak vouchers? icon-arrow-up

Off-peak vouchers have restricted day and time of use. Kindly check the applicable reservation timings of your preferred restaurant off-peak vouchers before purchase.

How do I select the off-peak timings I would like to dine at? icon-arrow-up


If you are buying the vouchers on the web, there is a drop down option on the product page to select the specific day and timings for your chosen restaurant.



If you are buying the vouchers on the Chope App, from the “Deals” tab, select your preferred restaurant and scroll down to choose your preferred timings for your chosen cash voucher.



Buffet Vouchers Purchase

I am being charged more than the buffet voucher’s price at the end of the transaction, why is that so? icon-arrow-up

Please take note that buffet cash vouchers with ++ are prices before service charge and GST. Customers will be charged taxes during check out. Henceforth, you won't be charged service charge and GST again during your dining session.
