How do I use a discounted voucher from ChopeDeals? icon-arrow-up

Upon successful purchase of a ChopeDeals voucher, you will receive them in your email inbox or you can find them in your Chope app. There are several ways to utilise the voucher:

1. Present the voucher on your Chope app to the restaurant host before ordering. Your voucher can be found under Profile > My Vouchers.

2. Present the voucher confirmation email on your mobile to the restaurant host before ordering.

3. Print out the voucher containing the unique voucher code and present it to the restaurant host before ordering. Only selected restaurants require you to print out your vouchers, please check the terms of use of your voucher for more information.
Can I purchase these vouchers as gifts? icon-arrow-up

Sure! All our vouchers are transferrable, so feel free to purchase and forward the voucher to your family and friends.

Do these vouchers cover GST and service charge at the restaurant? icon-arrow-up

Yes, our vouchers are cash vouchers that can be used to offset the entire bill, after GST and service charge.

I have yet to receive my vouchers. Who should I contact? icon-arrow-up

I can’t find my vouchers. Where can I view my purchased voucher? icon-arrow-up

Your purchased vouchers can be found in the Chope app. Access your 'Profile' tab within the app and tap on "My Vouchers". All vouchers available for redemption will be grouped by restaurant and sorted by expiry date there.

Otherwise, kindly check your junk mail, or the 'Promotions' tab in your email account. If you are still unable to locate your vouchers, please email  customersupport@chope.co . Simply let us know which vouchers you have purchased, and the email address you used to purchase it. The voucher will be sent to you again.

I have purchased vouchers for different restaurants, but I only received one voucher code. What does that mean? icon-arrow-up

Our vouchers are smart e-vouchers that combine all your purchases into one code for ease of reference. However, within the Chope app, vouchers available for redemption are grouped by restaurant and listed by expiry date. This way, you need not worry about finding vouchers across different purchases, for different restaurants.

For redemption outside of the Chope app, you can just use the voucher code found in your email to redeem all your vouchers at the different restaurants.

I have purchased multiple vouchers of different denominations, but only received one voucher code. I do not want to use them all at once, what do I do? icon-arrow-up

Our vouchers are smart e-vouchers that combine all your purchases into one code, but rest assured, you do not have to use them all at once. Simply let the restaurant know which vouchers you wish to use for this dining session, and they will process it accordingly. You can redeem your remaining vouchers on your next visit to the restaurant.

Is there an expiry date for these vouchers? icon-arrow-up

ChopeDeals vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated. Please check the validity period of the vouchers before purchasing.

I have just made a purchase but forgot to key in my discount code during checkout. Will ChopeDeals be able to key it in for me? icon-arrow-up

Unfortunately, we are unable to retroactively enter the discount code once your purchase is completed. You may wish to utilise your discount code in your next purchase instead.

What is the refund policy for the vouchers? icon-arrow-up

As ChopeDeals has made special arrangements with restaurants for the discounts, the vouchers sold are non-refundable.

I have a discount code from ChopeDeals, how do I use it? icon-arrow-up

1. Select and add your preferred dining voucher from ChopeDeals to your shopping bag on the Chope app / shop.chope.co.

2. Apply the relevant discount code on the checkout page.

3. You will receive your vouchers via email and/or the Chope app upon successful purchase.

Redemption

Must I make a reservation to use a voucher? icon-arrow-up
You will need to make a reservation via Chope before dining at your selected restaurant, unless otherwise stated. Please check the terms of use of the voucher for more information. Chope allows you to make online reservations 24/7 and an email confirmation will instantly be sent to you.
Can I use any unused value from my vouchers for a next visit? icon-arrow-up
Each individual voucher is meant for one-time use only. However, if you have purchased several vouchers, you may use the remaining individual vouchers for your next visit.

For example, if you have pre-purchased two $50 vouchers ($100 in total), and your final bill at the restaurant is $89, you may choose to fully utilise both vouchers, or use one $50 voucher, and pay the remaining $39 with cash or credit card at the restaurant. The other $50 voucher can be used for your subsequent visit to the restaurant. However, If you choose to use both $50 vouchers, you will not be refunded the used balance of $11.
Can I use multiple vouchers in one sitting? icon-arrow-up
Most restaurants allow multiple vouchers to be used in one sitting, but there are restaurants with stricter redemption policies in place. Kindly check the terms of use of your preferred restaurant vouchers before purchasing, just to be sure.
I have purchased a voucher, but my bill at the restaurant exceeded the amount that I have purchased. What can I do? icon-arrow-up
You may choose to purchase another voucher, or top up the leftover value using cash or credit card. If you are purchasing another voucher, do note that some restaurants have stricter policies in place regarding the number of vouchers that can be used in one sitting – kindly check the terms of use of your preferred restaurant vouchers prior to purchasing to be sure.
I tried to redeem my voucher, but it requires me to key in a vendor code. What do I do? icon-arrow-up
The voucher redemption portal page is solely for restaurants' usage and the details need to be entered by the restaurant host. Kindly present your voucher to the restaurant host to redeem your voucher.
Can I redeem my vouchers myself, or can it only be done by restaurant staff? icon-arrow-up
Our redemption process is simple! Just follow the step-by-step guide below to redeem your vouchers yourself. Do note that you will need to have a restaurant staff present when you make your redemption.

I tried to redeem my voucher on the Chope app, but it requires me to scan a restaurant's QR code. What does this mean? icon-arrow-up
Please ensure that a restaurant staff is present when you are trying to redeem your ChopeDeals voucher. When you are prompted to scan a QR code, simply ask the staff and they will be able to assist you accordingly.
Why must restaurant staff be present when I redeem my vouchers? icon-arrow-up
Restaurant staff have to be present to ensure that the redemption process is being verified and that you, as a diner, will be entitled to receive the discount/promotion from the redeemed vouchers. Please note that refunds are not allowed once the vouchers have been redeemed.
I see a red dot next to the validity period on my voucher within the app, what does this mean? icon-arrow-up
The red dot indicates that the voucher is only valid for the specific timing(s) stated. Tap on the voucher to view its full terms and conditions.
Where can I find my previous voucher redemptions? icon-arrow-up
All orders and past redemptions will be shown in the 'View Activity' page. Go to the ‘Profile’ tab in your Chope app, tap into ‘My Vouchers’ and you will be able to find ‘View Activity’ on the top right hand corner of the page.
Am I no longer able to find my voucher's QR code? icon-arrow-up
To access your voucher’s QR code, tap on “View QR” after selecting the voucher you wish to redeem. You may also access the QR code via the voucher confirmation email sent to your inbox.
What is the difference between a voucher's QR code and restaurant's QR code? icon-arrow-up
A voucher’s QR code is the QR code sent to your email address upon your voucher purchase. You can find it in your email or the Chope app. A restaurant’s QR code is found in the restaurant and you would only need to scan this if the app prompts you to do so. Please approach the staff to enquire about the restaurant’s QR code if necessary.
My phone is unable to scan the restaurant's QR code, what else can I do? icon-arrow-up
Don't worry, simply approach the restaurant staff and they will assist you accordingly.

In-App Vouchers Purchase

I am unable to key in a discount code while making my in-app vouchers purchase. icon-arrow-up
If you are unable to apply your discount code or gift card code, kindly make your purchase on mobile or desktop web at shop.chope.co, to utilise the codes. Otherwise, please contact customersupport@chope.co and they will assist you accordingly.

Off-Peak Vouchers Purchase

When can I use the off-peak vouchers? icon-arrow-up
Off-peak vouchers are valid on specific days and times of use. Kindly check which timings your preferred restaurant's off-peak vouchers are applicable for, before making a purchase.
How do I select the specific off-peak timings I would like to dine at? icon-arrow-up


When purchasing vouchers on the web, the available options will be shown on the product page. Simply select the specific day(s) and timings for your chosen restaurant voucher.



When purchasing vouchers on the Chope App, browse the “Deals” tab for your preferred restaurant. Within the restaurant card, scroll down to choose your preferred timings from the available timings listed on your chosen voucher.
