That’s why we have updated this guide as we continue to spread the love for these yummy protein-packed shellfish.

Since its opening at Jewel Changi Airport, Burger and Lobster has definitely been a hit among locals and tourists alike. Located atop Jewel’s Shiseido Forest Valley, diners are treated to a majestic view of the world’s current largest indoor waterfall and the panoramic view of the surrounding greenery – the perfect ambience to compliment an exquisite lobster roll.

    When you dine at Colony located in Ritz Carlton, not only do you get to enjoy a wide variety of seafood, but their smoked lobsters are also a must try! The lobster is cooked A La Plancha for a smoky flavour and is still warm when placed on your plate. A light Truffle Hollandaise Sauce atop the torched lobster adds a delectable savoury contrast to the sweetness of the fresh lobster meat.

    The lunch and dinner menu emulates what you’ll typically find onboard luxurious commercial flights.     8. Dancing Crab

    Dancing Crab uses the Louisiana style of and cooking seafood: Lobsters are boiled with sweet corns, sausages, clams, and prawns, and tossed in a lip-smacking sauce of your choice. For those unable to take spice, you might want to consider opting for the smooth and creamy Beurre Blanc sauce – the richness from the sauce is perfectly balanced by the tangy brightness from the wine and vinegar and the sweetness form the shallots for a luxurious mouthfeel. 

    You can also choose to have your main dish served directly on a table covered with waterproof paper or served in a pot. Don’t hold back as you get your hands dirty for this finger lickin’ seafood delight!

    12. The Boiler

    Forget table manners for once – get your hands dirty and dive right into this seafood heaven!

    The Boiler is another seafood place that uses the Louisiana seafood cooking style. The cooking process begins by adding a live lobster to boiling water, and it is later tossed with your choice of sauce and served in a bag. Their signature sauce called “The Works” and is a must-try! A Cajun seasoning, you can choose from three spice levels Mild, Medium and Ragin’ Hot if you would like to turn up the heat.

    13. Naked Finn

    True to its name, Naked Finn is all about presenting seafood in its truest form. The store’s concept of serving us simple yet delicious food is made possible because they only use the freshest and the highest quality seafood. A splash of olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt is all that’s needed to enhance the natural flavours found in the seafood for a taste of the ocean.

    Their Connecticut-style lobster Roll is something special. Unlike most lobster rolls served cold like those served in Maine, at the Naked Finn you have a choice between lobster rolls served cold or warm. Our suggestion is to try the warm lobster roll, especially if it’s going to be your main dish!

    Furthermore, Naked Finn is so transparent about the sustainability of the seafood they use that they even have their scientific names on the menu. The choice of seafood used here is chosen because they are less common, this is to prevent overfishing of the more mainstream choices commonly served at other restaurants.

    15. Summer Pavilion
