Dancing Crab uses the Louisiana style of and cooking seafood: Lobsters are boiled with sweet corns, sausages, clams, and prawns, and tossed in a lip-smacking sauce of your choice. For those unable to take spice, you might want to consider opting for the smooth and creamy Beurre Blanc sauce – the richness from the sauce is perfectly balanced by the tangy brightness from the wine and vinegar and the sweetness form the shallots for a luxurious mouthfeel.

The Boiler is another seafood place that uses the Louisiana seafood cooking style. The cooking process begins by adding a live lobster to boiling water, and it is later tossed with your choice of sauce and served in a bag. Their signature sauce called “The Works” and is a must-try! The store’s concept of serving us simple yet delicious food is made possible because they only use the freshest and the highest quality seafood. Their Connecticut-style lobster Roll is something special. Unlike most lobster rolls served cold like those served in Maine, at the Naked Finn you have a choice between lobster rolls served cold or warm. Our suggestion is to try the warm lobster roll, especially if it’s going to be your main dish!
Furthermore, Naked Finn is so transparent about the sustainability of the seafood they use that they even have their scientific names on the menu.
