Dancing Crab uses the Louisiana style of and cooking seafood: Lobsters are boiled with sweet corns, sausages, clams, and prawns, and tossed in a lip-smacking sauce of your choice. For those unable to take spice, you might want to consider opting for the smooth and creamy Beurre Blanc sauce – the richness from the sauce is perfectly balanced by the tangy brightness from the wine and vinegar and the sweetness form the shallots for a luxurious mouthfeel.

12. The Boiler

The Boiler is another seafood place that uses the Louisiana seafood cooking style. The cooking process begins by adding a live lobster to boiling water, and it is later tossed with your choice of sauce and served in a bag. Their signature sauce called “The Works” and is a must-try! The store’s concept of serving us simple yet delicious food is made possible because they only use the freshest and the highest quality seafood. A splash of olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt is all that’s needed to enhance the natural flavours found in the seafood for a taste of the ocean.
Their Connecticut-style lobster Roll is something special. Unlike most lobster rolls served cold like those served in Maine, at the Naked Finn you have a choice between lobster rolls served cold or warm. Our suggestion is to try the warm lobster roll, especially if it’s going to be your main dish!
