First Culinary Restaurant is a dining outlet specialising in southern Chinese cuisine. Customers can enjoy traditional Hokkien, Cantonese, Teochew and Hakka cuisine there. The traditional culinary techniques are passed down from generation to generation and each dish is meticulously crafted. To the older generation of Singaporean Chinese, this is the familiar flavour of tradition.

It is one of the favourites when it comes to business or birthday dinners, get-togethers for friends and family, and food catering in the Ang Mo Kio area. The 6000 square feet restaurant can accommodate up to 320 diners (32 tables) at one time, while a VIP room caters for small meetings. The VIP room is equipped with exceptional sound system and provides a private space for business meetings to be held.
