La Brasserie offers indulgent Le Brunch by the Bay every Saturday and Sunday brimming with wide variety of options, from fresh poached seafood such as Boston Lobster and Alaskan Crab and cured fish, to charcuterie, wide selection of international cheeses and salad. Hot food sections include Local, Asian and International cuisines as well as roasted meats such as Beef Prime Rib, Rack of Lamb and Crackling Pork Belly. For a sweet finale, savour cakes, tarts, local delights, chocolate fountain and crepes suzette prepared à la minute.   • Strictly no refund, exchange or extension for our Sales event/campaign vouchers.
  • Reservation must be made on Chope’s app or website (fullertonhotels.com) before you dine at your selected restaurant.
  • Voucher is valid until 21/6/2023. No extension will be entertained.
  • Redemption is only available from 23 March 2023 to 21 June 2023 and is good for one-time use only.
  • Minimum of 2 persons to dine.
  • Vouchers are limited to a maximum of 4 voucher redemptions per bill/table. Splitting of bill/table is strictly not allowed.
  • Voucher is not applicable for other set meals, promotions, discounts, offers or vouchers.
  • In case of dispute, the hotel’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
  • On selected promotional days, a top up may be required and is to be paid at the restaurant directly.
  • Voucher is not cash redeemable, non-exchangeable with other items, and not replaceable if lost or stolen.
