• Strictly no refunds, exchanges, or extensions will be entertained.
• Present booking confirmation and valid identification upon check-in.
• Voucher is valid for stay from 10 April until 31 July 2022. No extension will be entertained.
• Bookings for staycation must be made directly through sinor.resvn@ihg.com, are subject to availability and at least three (3) days in advance.
  
• Reservations must be made by the deadline as stated in the redemption instructions below. No extensions will be entertained for expired vouchers or if the reservation is not made by the above mentioned deadline.
• Rate is inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges.
• Check-in guest must be 21 years old and above.
• Rooms are subject to availability.
• No-shows will result in the forfeit of the Chope voucher.
• Voucher cannot be combined with any other promotions, including Kris+ Miles and IHG Rewards Club (i.e. vouchers, membership benefits, rewards points, and rewards night).
• The unused credit amount cannot be carried forward, refunded or exchanged for cash. Amount incurred above the credit amount will be payable upon departure.
• Voucher is not applicable for use during Public Holidays, Eve of Public Holidays, and day of Special Occasions like Mother's Day and Father's Day.
• Voucher will be used based on its full value and is not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost or stolen.
• The user is liable for all incidental charges above the room rate.
