For those after a stronger and more intense flavour, the Miso Soba will be right up your alley. Featuring Mame miso from Tokushima Prefecture, the broth has a savoury and buttery flavour and the dish is made complete with thicker noodles, porcini mushroom oil, bean sprouts, watercress and panfried corn. With a dash of hot sauce added, it makes for just the right amount of spice!
