Terms of Use

  • Strictly no refund, exchange or extension for our Sales event/campaign vouchers.
  • Reservation must be made on Chope’s app or website (fullertonhotels.com) before you dine at your selected restaurant.
  • Dinner Buffet Voucher is valid until 20 Jun 2023.
  • No extension will be entertained for all vouchers.
  • Vouchers are limited to a maximum of 4 voucher redemptions per bill/table. Splitting of bill/table is strictly not allowed.
  • Voucher is not applicable for other set meals and cannot be used in conjunction with any promotions, discounts, vouchers, or privileges unless otherwise stated.
  • Minimum of 2 persons to dine. Each voucher is valid for 1 person.
  • In case of any disputes, the Hotel’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
  • On selected promotional days, a top up may be required and is to be paid at the restaurant directly.
  • Voucher is not cash redeemable, not exchangeable with other items and not replaceable if lost or stolen.
  • Voucher is not applicable for use during Public Holidays, Eve of Public Holiday and Special Occasions (Mother's Day Weekend, Fathers' Day Weekend, Easter Weekend) and other blackout dates as determined by the hotel unless otherwise stated.
  • Voucher is valid for dine-in orders only. Voucher is not valid for takeaway orders.
  • Voucher is to be presented to restaurant host before ordering. The restaurant has the right to refuse the use of vouchers if presented after the meal.
  • Voucher is only usable on the applicable days and times as indicated on the voucher.
  • All vouchers will be used based on its full value. Any residual value of the vouchers are non-refundable.
  • Buffet is available on a rotational basis.
  • The management reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions as necessary.
