• No refund or cancellations allowed upon confirmation of bookings.
• Present booking confirmation and valid identification upon check-in.
• Voucher is valid until 30 Dec 2020. No extension will be entertained.
• All bookings must be made by 23 Dec 2020 and at least 3 working days prior to check-in
• Amendments must be made at least 7 days prior to confirmed booking date or voucher will be forfeited.
• Blackout Dates: 24-25 Dec 2020
• Reservations must be made by the deadline as stated in the redemption instructions below. No extensions will be entertained for expired vouchers or if the reservation is not made by the above mentioned deadline.
• Rate is inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges.
• Check-in guest must be 18 years old and above.
• Rooms are subject to availability.
• No-shows will result in the forfeit of the Chope voucher.
• Voucher cannot be combined with any other promotions.
• Voucher will be used based on its full value and is not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost or stolen.
• The user is liable for all incidental charges above the room rate.
