*The use of StraitsKitchen Dinner Buffet Voucher during the Chinese New Year period (29 January 2022 to 2 February 2022) will incur an additional charge of S$20++ per person and it must be settled directly by diner either by cash or credit card.

Terms of Use

  • Strictly no refund, exchange or extension for our Sales event/campaign vouchers.
  • Reservation has to be made on Chope’s app or website before you dine at your selected restaurant.
  • Dinner Buffet Voucher is valid until 31 Mar 2022.
  • No extension will be entertained for all vouchers.
  • Use of StraitsKitchen buffet dinner voucher during the Chinese New Year period (29 January 2022 to 2 February 2022) will incur an additional charge of S$20++ per person and it must be settled directly by diner either by cash or credit card.
  • Multiple Vouchers can be used during each visit.
  • Voucher is not applicable for other set meals, promotions, discounts, offers or vouchers.
  • Voucher is not applicable on these blackout periods: 20 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan 2022 and 1 - 2 Feb 2022.
  • Voucher is not applicable for use during Public Holidays, Eve of Public Holiday and Special Occasions, Father's Day etc.) as well as others determined by the hotel, unless stated otherwise.
  • Bills paid with Chope vouchers (partial or full) will not be eligible for the earning of World of Hyatt points.
  • Voucher is valid for dine-in orders only. Voucher is not valid for takeaway orders.
  • Voucher is to be presented to restaurant host before ordering. The restaurant has the right to refuse the use of vouchers if presented after the meal.
  • Voucher is only usable on the applicable days and times as indicated on the voucher.
  • All vouchers will be used based on its full value. Any residual value of the vouchers are non-refundable.
  • Buffet is available on a rotational basis.
  • For usage on selective promotional days, a top-up amount may be required at the restaurant.
  • The management reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions as necessary.
