About this Masterclass:
The new wave of Israeli food is one of the hottest food movements to emerge over the last few years and Wild Honey is beyond excited to partner with one of its undisputed Kings.
Founder and Executive Chef of restaurant group Machneyuda which boasts two crown jewels – Machneyuda in Jerusalem & The Palomar in London, Yossi Elad, will be conducting a Masterclass at the Social Kitchen on the 5th of November 2018.
Alongside Yossi, learn how to prepare a three-course lunch menu, featuring dishes such as his fresh fish sashimi with Amba Yogurt & tabouleh salad, Yossi's Shikshuki and fresh season fruit carpaccio on lemon & honey butter cream with mint.
Wines served during the Masterclass will be from Barkan Winery Israel. Barkan winemakers have gained world-wide renown and won prestigious awards due to the exceptional wine quality and the brave grape breed combinations.
