Helmed by Chef Chef Linh from Vietnam who trained in various Michelin-starred restaurants and her very own mum, indulge in four styles of hotpot – Crab Bisque, Pepper Pork Collagen, Vietnamese Coastal Style Salmon, Herbal Chicken Mushroom. Experience their fresh and modern take on Vietnamese cuisine – and although it's not quite Pho (the noodles), it's certainly a tasty alternative.
