• Voucher is valid until 30 Dec 2020. No extension will be entertained.
• The vouchers are not applicable to Hilton Honors™ membership, including the earning and redemption of Points.
• No credits or refunds are permitted for unused benefits.
• Email reservations will have to be made at least 2 working days in advance, subjected to Hotel's availability.
• Black-out dates apply on eve of public holidays and day of public holidays.
• Reservations must be made by the deadline as stated in the redemption instructions below. No extensions will be entertained for expired vouchers or if the reservation is not made by the above mentioned deadline.
• Breakfast is valid for all-day-dining breakfast for up to 2 registered adults per day at Opus restaurant. Excludes in-room dining, alcoholic beverages and gratuity.
• Rate is inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges.
• Check-in guest must be 21 years old and above.
• Rooms are subject to availability.
• No-shows will result in the forfeit of the Chope voucher.
• Voucher cannot be combined with any other promotions.
• Voucher will be used based on its full value and is not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost or stolen.
• The user is liable for all incidental charges above the room rate.
