Dining Voucher

• Strictly no refund, exchange or extension for our Sales event/campaign vouchers.
• Reservation has to be made on Chope's app or website before you dine at your selected restaurant.
• Voucher is only redeemable via the Chope App.
• Voucher is valid for 90 days from the time of purchase. No extension will be entertained.
• Multiple Vouchers can be used during each visit.
• Voucher is not applicable for other set meals, promotions, discounts, offers or vouchers.
• Voucher is not applicable for use during Public Holidays, Eve of Public Holidays and Special Occasions (Valentine's Day, Fathers' Day etc).
• Voucher is to be presented to restaurant host before ordering. The restaurant has the right to refuse the use of vouchers if presented after the meal.
• Voucher is only usable on the applicable days and times as indicated on the voucher.
• All vouchers will be used based on its full value. Any residual value of the vouchers are non-refundable.

Movie Vouchers

• This voucher will be valid till 30 Sep 2021. Strictly no extension will be permitted.
• This voucher entitles you to one performance at The Cathay Cineplex or Cathay Cineplex Cineleisure Orchard in Singapore only.
• This voucher can be redeemed via Cathay Cineplexes website and mobile app only. A booking fee of $1.50 applies.
• This voucher must be redeemed for the same movie and show date/time.
• This voucher can be used from Monday to Sunday, including Eve of Public Holiday and Public Holiday.
• This voucher is only valid for a 2D movie for a standard seat.
• This voucher is not valid for 3D, Tamil, Hindi, Special-Priced, Movie Marathons, Film.
• Festivals, Special Previews & The Platinum Movie Suites tickets.
• This voucher is not exchangeable for cash in part or full.
• No replacement of this voucher will be provided if it is lost or damaged.
• This voucher is not valid with other promotions & discounts at Cathay Cineplexes.
• Cathay Cineplexes standard booking fee will apply for online redemption via Cathay Cineplexes website or mobile app. - This voucher is not valid for group and corporate bookings* and must be presented at the box office for redemption.
