Inspired by the love story of Edmond Geantet and Bernadette Pansiot, this is the wine perfect for this Valentine's Day. The Geantet-Pansiot estate was founded in 1954 when Edmond Geantet married Bernadette Pansiot and the newlyweds started to make wine on 7 acres of vineyard spread on both Gevrey-Chambertin and Bourgogne.

Made of Pinot Noir grapes, this red wine has lovely fruity and woody aromas and a fresh, pleasant structure. The fresh acidity and soft tannins of the Geantet-Pansiot Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuit 2013 complement lighter game meats such as duck and roast meats.
