Terms of Use

  • No refund or cancellations allowed upon confirmation of bookings.
  • Present booking confirmation and valid identification upon check-in.
  • Voucher is valid until 22 Dec 2020. No extension will be entertained.
  • Reservations must be made by the deadline as stated in the redemption instructions below. No extensions will be entertained for expired vouchers or if the reservation is not made by the above mentioned deadline.
  • Rate is inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges.
  • Check-in guest must be 21 years old and above.
  • Vouchers are valid for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only.
  • Rooms are subject to availability.
  • No-shows will result in the forfeit of the Chope voucher.
  • Voucher cannot be combined with any other promotions.
  • Voucher will be used based on its full value and is not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost or stolen.
  • The user is liable for all incidental charges above the room rate.
  • Redemption instructions:
    Present booking confirmation and valid identification upon check-in.
