  • Strictly no refund, exchange or extension for our Sales event/campaign vouchers.
  • Reservation has to be made on Chope’s app or website before you dine at your selected restaurant.
  • Lunch, Brunch & Dinner Buffet Vouchers are valid until 30 July 2022.
  • No extension will be entertained for all vouchers.
  • Multiple Vouchers can be used during each visit.
  • For the usage of Sun Brunch Buffet voucher from 6 May until 19 June 2022, a top up amount of $17.65 nett is required and paid directly to the restaurant.
  • For the usage of Mon-Wed Dinner Buffet voucher from 6 May until 19 June 2022, a top up amount of $8.83 nett is required and paid directly to the restaurant.
  • For the usage of Thu-Sun Dinner Buffet voucher on Friday until Sunday, from 6 May until 19 June 2022, a top up amount of $8.83 nett is required and paid directly at the restaurant.
  • Voucher is not applicable for use during Public Holidays, Eve of Public Holiday and Special Occasions (Valentine's Day, Mothers’ Day & Fathers' Day etc)
  • Voucher is not applicable for other set meals, promotions, discounts, offers or vouchers.
  • Voucher is not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost or stolen.
  • Voucher is not applicable for use during Public Holidays, Eve of Public Holidays and Special Occasions (Valentine's Day, Fathers' Day etc).
  • Voucher is valid for dine-in orders only. Voucher is not valid for takeaway orders.
  • Voucher is to be presented to restaurant host before ordering. The restaurant has the right to refuse the use of vouchers if presented after the meal.
  • Voucher is only usable on the applicable days and times as indicated on the voucher.
  • All vouchers will be used based on its full value. Any residual value of the vouchers are non-refundable.
  • Buffet is available on a rotational basis.
  • For usage on selective promotional days, a top-up amount may be required at the restaurant.
