About Chef Victor
Chef Victor Loy, hails from gourmet city, Penang, Malaysia and grew up working for his family’s hawker stall. His diverse experience includes working in a Chinese kitchen to studying French cuisine at culinary school in Switzerland. Victor's culinary career took off working under Julien Jouhannaud, then chef de cuisine of Harbour Grill at Hilton Singapore. Victor loves researching on cooking techniques and cultural cuisine. He is currently the Head Chef of Plentyfull who aims to serve carefully crafted food with honest ingredients that will fill every diner’s soul.
About Chef Felix
Chef Felix’s culinary journey in the Italian culinary scene began at 16 when he started as a waiter and decided to be a chef. Since then, he has worked his way up in renowned Singapore-based Italian restaurants. Today, Chef Felix’s dishes had achieved a well-balanced of Italian soul and Asian touch, reflecting his love for Italian cuisine and a trace of his roots.
