Indulge in duck inspired dishes topped with tender, moist, and fatty duck meat — a meat lover’s paradise. Tuck into signature dishes such as the fragrant Roast Irish Duck, or the sweet and salty Duck Confit & Waffle. Duck legs are slowly cooked in duck fat until the meat is meltingly tender under a layer of golden and crispy skin, a process known as the Confit de Canard in French. The duck is then served alongside waffles, creating a unique mouthwatering combination!
