  • Strictly no refund, exchange or extension for our Sales event/campaign vouchers.
  • Dinner Vouchers are valid for 30 days from time of purchase.
  • No extension will be entertained for all vouchers.
  • To select “Yes, Chope Voucher” upon reservation, and the restaurant has the right to refuse the use of vouchers if a reservation is made without the selection.
  • Voucher is to be presented to restaurant host before ordering. The restaurant has the right to refuse the use of vouchers if presented after the meal.
  • Multiple Vouchers can be used during each visit.
  • Buffet is available on a rotational basis.
  • For usage on selective promotional days, a top-up amount may be required at the restaurant.
  • Voucher is valid for dine-in orders only. Voucher is not valid for take-away orders.
  • Voucher is not applicable for other set meals, promotions, discounts, offers, privileges, discount vouchers & loyalty program, unless otherwise stated.
  • Chope vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programs, offers, discount cards, vouchers, or COCA membership privileges unless otherwise stated.
