Multi-award-winning Wildfire Burgers was launched in Singapore to critical acclaim in 2015; having quickly secured the title of Asia’s Best Burger within 12 months of opening, the brand expanded to a whopping 5-city, 38-outlet franchise for China! After launching 3 successful stores in Singapore, the brand took a brief hiatus in mid-2019 to redevelop and remaster its menu before reopening in Bras Basah on 1st June 2020 while keeping the iconic Wildfire vibes alive. Introducing the soul of the Wildfire kitchen, the Binchotan-charcoal-fired INKA grill, a major player in what makes our burgers so damn tasty! Withstanding up to a high 450°C, the intensity of heat and cooking speed is controlled by the adjustable vents of the grill, producing the INKA’s unique high-speed cooking system through a mix of roasting and barbecuing, talk about hot!
