A: Only those with the button <Pre-purchase vouchers at 10% discount> are applicable.
2. How can I locate these restaurants in the Chope app?
A: "A-Z" tab > "Refine" tab > "10% off w/ Chope Vouchers"
3. How are these vouchers different from those under the <Up to 15% Off Vouchers> tab?
A: Only the vouchers available for in-app purchase are application for the 16% off promotion. Not all the vouchers available on the Chope Shop are available for in-app purchase.
4. So what will the final price of the vouchers be after the 16% discount?
A: It will be $41.85 for $50 vouchers and $83.70 for $100 vouchers after discount.
5. How will I know my voucher is confirmed?
A: You will receive a confirmation email from Chope. It will be sent to the email account tied to your Chope account.
6: Where can I find my purchased voucher in the Chope app?
A: Under the "My Reservations/Vouchers" tab on the sidebar.
7. Must I make a reservation before buying?
A: No, you can purchase vouchers before making a reservation.
8. Must I use the voucher for a specific reservation?
A: You may use the voucher for any reservation, subject to the individual T&Cs provided by the restaurant.
9. What happens if I buy the voucher but did not complete the reservation?
A: You may change your reservation details on Chope and use your voucher on the new reservation date.
10. What kinds of payment are accepted?
A: Any form of credit/debit card is acceptable.
11. Is a promo code required?
A: No promo code is needed to purchase the vouchers.
