  • How do I use a Chope Vouchers?

    Chope vouchers are digital vouchers that you receive in your email and Chope app instantly upon successful purchase. To use the voucher, either present it on your mobile, or print out the voucher (if stated in the terms and conditions of the voucher) and present it to the restaurant host before ordering and billing.

  • How do I purchase Chope Vouchers?

    Chope Vouchers can be purchased via shop.chope.co and the Chope app (available on iOS and Android).

    1. Select your preferred restaurant, and decide your dining day and time

    2. Pre-purchase discounted dining voucher(s) via shop.chope.co or the Chope app via the 'Save' tab in the navigation bar

    3. Make a reservation

    4. Receive your voucher via email or the app and head down to the restaurant at your reserved time slot

    5. Present your voucher prior to ordering and billing, then pay with your voucher!

  • Does Chope Vouchers cover GST and service charge at the restaurant? What if my bill exceeds my voucher amount?

    Chope Vouchers are cash vouchers, and can be used to offset the entire bill, after GST and service charge. If the bill exceeds the voucher amount, you will have to pay for the remaining amount using cash or credit card. Note that cash or credit card payment at the restaurant will not be entitled to any discount.

  • I have yet to receive my Chope Vouchers. What can I do?

    You may wish to recover your vouchers here, with your order number and email address. If you are not able to do so, please drop us an email at customersupport@chope.co and let us know the restaurant vouchers you have purchased, and the email address used for the purchase.

  • I can't find my Chope Vouchers in my email. Where can I view my purchased orders?

    Kindly check your junk mail, or the "Promotions" tab in your email account. The voucher should also appear within your Chope app, if you have used the same email account to purchase vouchers. They can be located under 'My Vouchers' in the 'Profile' tab.

    If you are still unable to locate your vouchers, please email customersupport@chope.co and let us know the restaurant vouchers you have purchased, and the email used for the purchase.

  • What does the day and time indicated on the Chope Voucher mean? Does it refer to my time of arrival at the restaurant or my billing time?

    The timings on the voucher indicate "Arrival Time" at the restaurant.

    For example, if the voucher states "Mon-Fri: 12pm - 4pm", this means that the voucher is valid for use on Monday to Friday when you ARRIVE at the restaurant between 12pm to 4pm.

  • What is the refund policy for Chope Vouchers?

    As Chope has made special arrangements with the restaurants for the discounts, vouchers sold are non-refundable.

  • Can I use multiple vouchers for one bill?

    Most restaurants do accept multiple vouchers, but there are some with stricter redemption policies in place. Kindly check the individual restaurant's terms of use before purchasing.

  • What happens if my desired voucher time slot is sold out?

    Kindly note that voucher inventories are refreshed daily, and in the case where you desired time slot is sold out for the day, please visit the page on another day.

  • How do I key in discount codes?

    Discount codes can be keyed in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' field on the checkout page.

  • Do I have to print my vouchers?

    Most restaurants accept e-vouchers, unless otherwise stated under the specific restaurant's terms and conditions.

  • Do I need to make a reservation to use Chope Vouchers?

    Reservations have to be made in order to utilise Chope Vouchers.

  • What happens to my Chope Vouchers if I edit or cancel my reservation?

    As Chope Vouchers are not tied to reservations, thus diners can still retain the voucher(s) and make a subsequent reservation to utilise it on their next visit.

  • What happens if I'm late and arrive after my reservation/voucher purchased time?

    A 15 minute grace period after the designated time will be allowed. Should you happen to arrive after the grace period, the restaurant may decide not to honour the booking and voucher at their own discretion.

  • My Chope Vouchers are not appearing on the Chope app. Why is this so?

    Kindly ensure that you have used the same email address tied to your Chope account when purchasing vouchers. If your email has not been verified, you will be prompted to do so upon accessing 'My Vouchers' under the 'Profile' tab. Upon verification, your current and past purchases will automatically reflect on the app.
