1. Get your unique coupon code from the DBS Lifestyle app and select your preferred particiapting restaurant voucher listed on this page.
2. Enter your unique DBS coupon code in the "Gift card or discount code" field and click Apply.
3. Pay with your DBS/POSB card.
4. Upon successful checkout, the e-voucher will be sent directly to your email address.
5. Make a reservation via Chope's website or app.
6. Present your voucher and enjoy your meal!
The coupon code does not entitle you to any monetary discount. By applying the coupon code, 300 bonus Chope-Dollars will be credited to your account on 15 August, upon verification that your reservation is completed.
You will receive 100 Chope-Dollars within 72 hours of your reservation, and bonus 300 Chope-Dollars will be credited by 15 Aug 2018.
Chope vouchers are digital vouchers that you receive in your email and Chope app instantly upon successful purchase. To use the voucher, either present it on your mobile, or print out the voucher (if stated in the terms and conditions of the voucher) and present it to the restaurant host before ordering and billing.
Chope Vouchers can be purchased via shop.chope.co and the Chope app (available on iOS and Android).
Chope Vouchers are cash vouchers, and can be used to offset the entire bill, after GST and service charge. If the bill exceeds the voucher amount, you will have to pay for the remaining amount using cash or credit card. Note that cash or credit card payment at the restaurant will not be entitled to any discount.
You may wish to recover your vouchers here, with your order number and email address. If you are not able to do so, please drop us an email at email@example.com and let us know the restaurant vouchers you have purchased, and the email address used for the purchase.
Kindly check your junk mail, or the "Promotions" tab in your email account. The voucher should also appear within your Chope app, if you have used the same email account to purchase vouchers. They can be located under 'My Vouchers' in the 'Profile' tab.
If you are still unable to locate your vouchers, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the restaurant vouchers you have purchased, and the email used for the purchase.
The timings on the voucher indicate "Arrival Time" at the restaurant.
For example, if the voucher states "Mon-Fri: 12pm - 4pm", this means that the voucher is valid for use on Monday to Friday when you ARRIVE at the restaurant between 12pm to 4pm.
Kindly note that voucher inventories are refreshed daily, and in the case where you desired time slot is sold out for the day, please visit the page on another day.
Discount codes can be keyed in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' field on the checkout page.
Reservations have to be made in order to utilise Chope Vouchers.
A 15 minute grace period after the designated time will be allowed. Should you happen to arrive after the grace period, the restaurant may decide not to honour the booking and voucher at their own discretion.
Kindly ensure that you have used the same email address tied to your Chope account when purchasing vouchers. If your email has not been verified, you will be prompted to do so upon accessing 'My Vouchers' under the 'Profile' tab. Upon verification, your current and past purchases will automatically reflect on the app.
