• No refund or cancellations allowed upon confirmation of bookings.
• Present booking confirmation and valid identification upon check-in.
• Voucher is not applicable on Eve of Public Holiday and Public Holiday.
• All bookings must be made by June 27, 2021 and at least 3 working days prior to check-in.
• Email reservations will have to be made at least three days in advance, subjected to rooms availability.
• Voucher is valid until 1 Jul 2021. No extension will be entertained.
• Surcharge of $20 for weekend stays, directly payable to merchant upon check-in.
• Reservations must be made by the deadline as stated in the redemption instructions below. No extensions will be entertained for expired vouchers or if the reservation is not made by the above mentioned deadline.
• Rate is inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges.
• Check-in guest must be 21 years old and above.
• Rooms are subject to availability.
• No-shows will result in the forfeit of the Chope voucher.
• Voucher cannot be combined with any other promotions.
• Voucher will be used based on its full value and is not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost or stolen.
• The user is liable for all incidental charges above the room rate.
