• No refund or cancellations allowed upon confirmation of bookings.
• Present booking confirmation and valid identification upon check-in.
• Voucher is valid for use starting from 11 Dec 2020.
• Voucher is valid until 30 April 2021. No extension will be entertained.
• Reservations must be made by the deadline as stated in the redemption instructions below. No extensions will be entertained for expired vouchers or if the reservation is not made by the above mentioned deadline.
• Block Out Reservation Dates: 24-25 Dec 2020, and from 31 Dec 2020 to 2 Jan 2021
• Rate is inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges.
• Check-in guest must be 21 years old and above.
• Rooms are subject to availability.
• No-shows will result in the forfeit of the Chope voucher.
• Voucher cannot be combined with any other promotions.
• Voucher will be used based on its full value and is not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost or stolen.
