• No refund or cancellations allowed upon confirmation of bookings.
• Present booking confirmation and valid identification upon check-in.
• All bookings must be made by 28 Mar 2021.
• Voucher is valid until 31 Mar 2021. No extension will be entertained.
• Voucher is not valid for use on eve of PH and PH and Special Occasions.
• All vouchers will be valid on Mondays to Thursdays only.
• Reservations must be made by the deadline as stated in the redemption instructions below. No extensions will be entertained for expired vouchers or if the reservation is not made by the above mentioned deadline.
• Rate is inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges.
• Check-in guest must be 21 years old and above.
• Rooms are subject to availability.
• No-shows will result in the forfeit of the Chope voucher.
• Voucher cannot be combined with any other promotions.
• Voucher will be used based on its full value and is not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost or stolen.

• Fitness trial classes only apply to first-timers of the studios.

  - Hand wraps are required at Tapout Fitness’s boxing classes – In-house guests are recommended to bring their own or purchase them from Tapout Fitness at a special rate of S$10 per pair (usual $15)
  - Validity of fitness trials end on 28 Mar 2021.
