  • Reservation has to be made on Chope’s app or website before you dine at your selected restaurant.
  • Weekday Lunch & Dinner Buffet Voucher is valid for 90 days from the time of purchase.
  • Weekend Lunch & Dinner Buffet Voucher is valid for 90 days from the time of purchase.
  • Weekday Premium Lunch & Dinner Buffet Voucher is valid for 90 days from the time of purchase.
  • Weekend Premium Lunch & Dinner Buffet Voucher is valid for 90 days from the time of purchase.
  • No extension will be entertained for all vouchers.
  • All guests must be present before dining in.
  • Dining time will be limited to 90 mins. Extra $5.00 will be charged for additional 10 mins.
  • Voucher is not inclusive of soup base. Food wastage will charge $10.00 per 100g wastage of food.
  • Multiple Vouchers can be used during each visit.
  • Voucher is not applicable for other set meals, promotions, discounts, offers or vouchers.
  • Voucher is not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost or stolen.
  • Voucher is not applicable for use during Public Holidays, Eve of Public Holidays and Special Occasions (Valentine's Day, Fathers' Day etc).
  • Voucher is valid for dine-in orders only. Voucher is not valid for takeaway orders.
  • Voucher is to be presented to restaurant host before ordering. The restaurant has the right to refuse the use of vouchers if presented after the meal.
  • Voucher is only usable on the applicable days and times as indicated on the voucher.
  • All vouchers will be used based on its full value. Any residual value of the vouchers are non-refundable.
  • Buffet is available on a rotational basis.
  • For usage on selective promotional days, a top-up amount may be required at the restaurant.
