Translated as ‘your ppong, my ppong’, Nipong Naepong offers its titular dish in eleven unique renditions inspired by flavours from around the world. While the textures and flavours of the ppong vary widely across soupy, creamy, and dry versions to appeal to different taste preferences, each of the eleven variationsfeaturese Nipong Naepong’s own jjolmyeon (wheat noodles), which are made in Korea exclusively for the brand. The restaurant also serves a selection of sweet-savoury pizzas constructed on thin tortilla bases, with toppings such as sweet potato puree, garlic butter, shaved coconut, spinach, and cream cheese.
