From the good folk who introduced the popular Korean fried chicken chain Chir Chir Fusion Chicken Factory and customisable meat stews outfit Masizzim to Singapore, comes Kogane Yama, the group’s very first original dining concept. Meaning ‘golden mountain’ in Japanese, Kogane Yama started out in 2017 as a tendon specialist; serving up hearty portions of tempura on rice, customised with each individual’s choice of ingredients, carb base and sauce. While tendon remains a mainstay attraction, the menu has been gradually expanded to offer a wider range of donburi to pander to customers’ differing tastes and fancies.
