  • Weekday & Weekend Dim Sum Buffet for 1 Adult Vouchers are valid for 90 days from the time of purchase.
  • Weekday & Weekend Dim Sum Buffet for 1 Child (6-12 Years Old) Vouchers are valid for 90 days from the time of purchase.
  • No extension will be entertained for all vouchers.
  • A minimum of 2 pax is required to dine. Each voucher is for 1 adult or 1 child.
  • Multiple Vouchers can be used during each visit.
  • Voucher is not applicable for beverages, other set meals, promotions, discounts, offers or vouchers.
  • Voucher is not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost or stolen.
  • Voucher is not applicable on these blackout periods: 21 Jan 23 - 1 Feb 23.
  • Voucher is not applicable for use during Public Holidays, Eve of Public Holidays and Special Occasions (Valentine's Day, Fathers' Day etc).
  • Voucher is valid for dine-in orders only. Voucher is not valid for takeaway orders.
