This unassuming plate of spaghetti requires a signed indemnity form before being made available to tackle. Also known as the Spaghetti from Hell, this dish has supposedly caused several people to seek medical attention after various attempts.

The pasta is drenched in a sauce made with some of the spiciest peppers in the world boasting heat units of approximately 1 million on the Scoville heat scale. For reference, a jalapeno is about 8000 heat units. Yikes.
