Acai berries are natural superfoods that are loaded with antioxidants but low in sugar. They are also relatively low in calories and contain a significant amount of healthy fats which are great for muscle recovery. Waa Cow!

Don’t worry about overindulging at Waa Cow! because this eatery does not offer supersized portions that could make you feel bloated. Known for their beef bowls and seafood bowls, Waa Cow! takes a healthy spin on traditional donburi and gyudon by serving portion sizes that are just right for a meal. They provide a healthy amount of carbohydrates, protein and vegetables.
